Level 2 Conflict Management Award or equivalent

Course Assessment:
Legal and medical implications in relation to physical Intervention techniques. This unit is conducted on legislation and related medical consideration. Delegates will be tasked to provide two written assignments and physical intervention techniques that will form part of the teaching assessment. Tutor support will be provided during the learning phase. Technical skills and under-pinning principles relating to physical intervention techniques. Delegates will be taught how to deliver a range of primary control skills, pressure point applications and control. Additional techniques such as balance displacement methods, muscular dysfunction tactics and breakaway methods will also be taught.
