Under this policy, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called the “Cancellation Period”.
Note that if you request to withdraw from the course within the Cancellation Period, but expressly request us to begin providing you with the course materials, you will lose your right to cancel the purchase of the course and get any refund for it.
In the case that you do decide to cancel your purchase of a course, it can be done in following way:

If a course is booked or held and a request to cancel is received in writing email within the 14 days period, £99.99 will be charged as admin fees. Once a course has been accessed or redeemed, we cannot grant a refund once the course material and textbook was posted. Please ensure you have the correct course before ordering. In addition, exams must be sat within 14 days of being confirmed and booked by you through our examination team. Once you have been given full access to the course materials and confirm the exam date for the particular course, you are liable to pay the full course fee.
Customers will be notified of the outcome of their refund request in writing within 10 working days.
Note:
All external exams (for online and distance learning courses) must be booked within 12 months of purchase. Please refer to the individual exams for validity as some of the exam vouchers are valid for 6 months only.
Although Russbridge Academy Ltd strives to offer the best prices, on occasion, as some courses are externally sourced, our prices may be above that of our suppliers. If you have purchased one of our courses and subsequently found it cheaper else ware, this reason alone, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Before you purchase a course from us, it is your responsibility to ensure that the course is right for you. Our website displays relevant information on all of the courses and moreover for some courses even demos are available. However it is to be noted that by not having access to a demo, will not give you the rights for cancellation.
The detailed course information is designed to reduce the risk of you making the wrong choice. Read the course description and technical requirements. Access the sample course (where available) to check that the course will run in Class Room or distance learning courses on your PC that you are comfortable with the depth and style of the course.

Do note that as some of the courses are sourced by us, you will be required to respond to communication from our suppliers in order to gain access to the course(s) you have purchased. Furthermore please note that usually Russbridge Academy Ltd can support any course access or user issues, however in the rare instances, we may need to contact our third party developers on your behalf and this may take up to 7 to 10 workings days to gain a solution.
About ‘Deposit’ you should be aware that a deposit is a part-payment for the service (course in our case). When you pay a deposit it shows that you intend to buy a course and wish to enter into a contract with us. Please remember that deposits are non-refundable in nature unless statutory rights are applicable whereby we are satisfied that it meets all the necessary requirements for it.
