Level 2: Security Guard Course is required if you want to obtain the SIA Security Guarding Licence which allows you to work in the private security industry as a security officer. A Security Officer can work in a wide variety of roles including static guarding, manned guarding, key holding etc. 
To obtain this qualification linked to security guard licensing you will need to attend a 4 days training course and take and pass the exams. The course may be delivered over 3 Days (Minimum 20.5 hrs Class is required by SIA for this course- without completion of 20.5 hrs your certificate may be invalidated). or during weekends sessions.
