Upskilling SIA Top-UP qualification that has been developed to meet the mandatory SIA top up training requirement for Door Supervisors. The SIA Top-Up Upskilling Training for Door Supervisors is for anyone who is currently working as a Door Supervisor and needs to renew their licence on or after 1st October 2021.

The Upskilling for Door Supervisors Course is 1 and half day long and has the following units:

Chapter 1: Principles of Terror Threat Awareness in the Private Security Industry
Chapter 2: Principles of Using Equipment as a Door Supervisor in the Private Security Industry
Chapter 3: Application of physical intervention skills in the private security industry

Course Assessment:
On the final day of the course there will be a multiple choice exam and a practical assessment. We understand that examinations can be daunting prospect but we assure you there is no need to worry. Candidate must hold Emergency First aid at work certificate or completion evidence and you must be 18 years old or  over & at least level 1 English is required.
